Comcast tries to win back your love with customer service improvements

Comcast is trying to make you love the company more — which means hating its customer service less.

In a blog post published on Tuesday, the company revealed some upgrades to its Help & Support forums—which allows users to post question and receive feedback from other customers—including a revamped search function, organizing the questions into TV, Internet, Voice, and Home categories, and changing up the home page to show which queries were recently solved and which users are getting the most love from other customers Read more...
