Acknowledging the company's "complicated" past with developers, Twitter's top executive kicked off his keynote at Wednesday's event with an apology and a pledge to not repeat many of Twitter's past missteps
"Somewhere along the line, our relationship with developers got a little bit complicated, a little bit confusing, a little bit unpredictable," Dorsey said. "We want to come to you today first and foremost to apologize for our confusion.
